Dear Customer,

Better late than never. After our 30 years and in the coming weeks we are moving onto a new, automated software platform / a new website. It will save Diane endless hours of processing orders and manually taking payments. It will also allow us to start a new grocery range and more, so is exciting progress for us.

The first step is to ask you to create an account on our new platform via these steps, this involves choosing a password (it can be the same as your existing one), entering your address, phone number, and entering debit or credit card details for future deliveries to be charged against.

This will enable us to have everything in place and ready to go for the switch over which will happen in the coming weeks, but we will give you advance notice. Please do not cancel your current payment method for current orders until we confirm the time is right to do so.
